How to use this invoice

Number every invoice and keep the sequence unbroken — it is the first thing an accountant asks for. Set the due date explicitly rather than writing “due on receipt” and hoping; payment terms explains what net 15 and net 30 actually commit each side to.

Build one in a couple of minutes with the invoice generator, work out what a late payment is owed with the late fee calculator, and if it goes unpaid, get late invoices paid has the escalation path.
